WINWORK is a socio-business enterprise, established by people with disabilities, who aims to promote people with disabilities, in the development of careers as entrepreneurs and business owners. We are in the construction process of an eco-system business in which a community of entrepreneurs will grow and operate in joint work areas, in which a business and social relationship will be used, which will lead to synergy between the people. As part of the project, a WINWORK Academy program provides tools and skills for establishing a business, personal and professional accompaniment, while integrating assistive technologies and adjustments throughout the construction process and in parallel to the growth of the business.
