AZARIM is the Israeli database on assistive technology, a member of the global EASTIN information network for assistive technology, which is fed by 8 databases from around the world, including Azarim. The database was established in 2006 by the Milbat unit at the Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer, which has been operating for 40 years with the aim of improving the quality of life and integration into society of children, adults and the elderly with disabilities.

To this end, the database is open to the general public, family members and professionals involved in treatment and rehabilitation. As mentioned, the Azarim database helps tens of thousands of children and adults with special needs and the elderly, whose functioning is impaired or weakened, find technologies and means that may improve their functioning in all areas of life.
