TAP – Technology Accessibility Program on behalf of ITWORKS is a technology program established on the basis of the belief that people with disabilities are entitled to equal opportunity in receiving work in the high-tech and technology worlds.
Participants in the program are people with mental and emotional and media disabilities, thanks to a unique and flexible employment training model that is adapted to the needs of these people and the program trains dozens of participants each year and reaches higher placement rates than any other program in the industry.
