i tworks was founded in 2006 – with the aim of providing populations far from the labor market with opportunities for employment and a proper career inisrael’s thriving high-tech industry.

While unemployment in other sectors is rising and the pay gap between professional and unprofessional work is only widening – in the high-tech sector there are thousands of vacancies each month (15,000 jobs open as of 2019).

As a necessity, we work to access high-quality and rewarding employment in the high-tech industry for populations far from the world of work such as women, Arabs, Druze, Crakas, Haredi and people with disabilities.

We operate nationwide and provide technology training in advanced fields alongside occupational, personal and professional skills.
